Private Full Day Trip Giza and Saqqara – Memphis Starting

Experience an unforgettable journey into the past and discover the fascinating cities of Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis! Our German-speaking tour guide will lead you through the millennia-old history of Egypt and show you the most impressive sights.

You will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning between 1:00 and 2:30 AM and will travel, depending on your booked option, in an air-conditioned limousine or van. Always fully air-conditioned with the usual excellent service! To fuel you for the day, we offer a selection of snacks, a cola, and three bottles of water in the morning.

On the drive through the desert, you will experience stunning mountain ranges reminiscent of the Alps around 6:00 AM. The different layers of rock in the mountains tell stories from various eras.

In Saqqara, you'll encounter a true marvel of architecture: the Step Pyramid of Djoser. Our experienced guide will take you through the history of this fascinating development, from the simple mastaba to the iconic pyramid shape. In Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, you'll see the colossal statue of Ramses II and immerse yourself in the ruins of this once-powerful city.

In Giza, you'll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (drinks not included). Then you'll visit the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, as well as the majestic Great Sphinx.

At the end of the day, you'll be taken back to your hotel with a wealth of breathtaking impressions. No matter how we spend the day together, you will create unforgettable memories!
