Between 04:30 and 05:30 AM, you will be picked up directly from your hotel. During the drive, enjoy the breathtaking sunrise over the desert – an unforgettable start to your day. Around 09:30 AM, you will arrive in Luxor, one of the most important archaeological sites in Egypt.
The first highlight is the majestic Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt, with its monumental hypostyle halls, massive obelisks, and intricate reliefs. Optionally, you can enjoy a relaxing Nile boat trip to the West Bank (extra charge) and admire Luxor from a different perspective.
After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (drinks not included), the tour continues to the famous Valley of the Kings, where you will explore three beautifully decorated pharaohs’ tombs. Additional tombs, such as the legendary Tomb of Tutankhamun, can be visited at an extra cost.
Next, you will visit the impressive Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian architecture, majestically built into the cliffs. Before returning to Hurghada, you will make a photo stop at the mighty Colossi of Memnon, the gigantic stone statues that once guarded the entrance to a great temple.
